são descritos um método para fabricar papel, com o qual é possível fabricar facilmente papel tendo filtrabilidade de água e rendimento excelentes, em que a hidrofilia é suprimida sem o uso de um polímero catiônico ou de sílica; um dispositivo para fabricar um aditivo para fabricação de papel; e um dispositivo para fabricação de papel. o método para fabricar papel é um método tendo uma etapa de geração de reagente, para gerar um reagente através da sujeição de um polímero de acrilamida a uma reação de degradação de hoffman, e uma etapa de fornecimento, para fornecer o reagente a uma máquina de fabricação de papel dentro de 24 horas a partir do início da reação de degradação de hoffman. o polímero de acrilamida inclui preferivelmente um polímero de acrilamida tendo uma viscosidade intrínseca de 12,5 a 28 dl/g e anionização de 0,3 meq/g ou menos.
