Abstract

o conjunto de acabamento e vedação (13) destina-se a ser aplicado a uma porção superior de uma estrutura (9) de uma janela (4) de uma porta (2) de um veículo automotivo (1), a janela (4) apresentando uma placa transparente (5) associada, móvel entre uma posição de abertura abaixada e uma posição de fechamento levantada. tal porção da estrutura (9) inclui ao menos uma flange de suporte longitudinal (12), com um elemento de chapa de metal (10) apresentando uma seção transversal essencialmente em forma de l, com uma asa superior (10a) formando um ângulo em relação à dita placa (5) e dotado de formações de acoplamento (10c) e com uma asa ou aba lateral traseira (10b) virada para o interior do veículo automotivo (1) e estendendo-se para baixo. o conjunto de acabamento e vedação (13) compreende um perfil de suporte rígido (14), apresentando uma seção transversal essencialmente em forma de l, com uma asa superior (14a) se estendendo acima da asa superior (10a) de dita flange (12) e asa lateral frontal (14b) virada, durante o uso, para o ambiente exterior ao veículo automotivo (1) e de frente para a asa lateral traseira (10b) de dita flange (12), de tal modo que entre a flange de suporte (12) e o perfil de suporte (14) é definida uma sede aberta para baixo (15); na asa dianteira (14a) do perfil de suporte (14) é conectado um perfil de acabamento externo (16). na dita sede (15) é montada uma tira de vedação (21) apresentando uma seção transversal essencialmente em forma de u invertido, com os primeiro e segundo ramos laterais (21a, 21b), adjacentes à asa frontal (14b) do perfil de suporte (14) e à asa traseira (10b) da flange de suporte (12), respectivamente, e dotados dos respectivos lábios de vedação longitudinais (21d, 21e) adaptados para entrar em contato com as superfícies ou faces opostas (5a, 5b) de dita placa transparente (5) quando esta última estiver na posição fechada. no perfil de suporte (14) é definido um espaço longitudinal superior (19), adjacente à sede (15) e no qual a dita flange de suporte (12) se estende. o conjunto de acabamento e vedação (13) compreende ainda uma pluralidade de grampos de ancoragem (18) apresentando uma seção transversal substancialmente em forma de c ou u, dispostos em posições espaçadas longitudinalmente no espaço superior (19) do perfil de suporte (14) e aí mantidos. cada grampo de ancoragem (18) apresenta um ramo superior (18a) e um ramo inferior (18b) que são passíveis ser afastadas de forma resiliente, entre os quais a flange de suporte (12) é inserida com interferência e engatado por pressão.
