Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de etapas múltiplas para o pré-tratamento de proteção contra corrosão de componentes fabricados a partir de materiais metálicos, no qual, após um tratamento químico úmido com uma composição aquosa (a) contendo um polímero p dissolvido e/ou disperso, que é substituído com heterociclos contendo pelo menos um heteroátomo de nitrogênio quaternário, segue-se um tratamento de conversão à base de compostos hidrossolúveis dos elementos zr, ti e/ou si, antes de opcionalmente serem aplicados outros revestimentos de proteção contra corrosão.
