Abstract
o dispositivo pertence à tecnologia de instrumentação e pode ser usado em indústrias de produção de energia, metalurgia, química para determinar a concentração de hidrogênio em meios fluidos e gasosos em uma ampla gama de temperaturas e pressões. o detector de hidrogênio para meios gasosos e fluidos compreende uma membrana seletiva e um alojamento com uma unidade de medição de potencial no interior, um elemento de detecção de cerâmica feito de eletrólito sólido com um eletrodo padrão em sua cavidade, um eletrodo de platina porosa aplicado à camada externa do elemento de detecção de cerâmica, um fio de entrada firmemente fixado dentro do alojamento acima do elemento de detecção de cerâmica, em que a unidade de medição de potencial passa através do furo central do fio de entrada vedado e da bucha inferior. o elemento de detecção de cerâmica é projetado como o elemento cilíndrico interligado com o fundo, localizado na parte inferior do cilindro. a superfície cilíndrica externa do elemento de detecção de cerâmica é conectada firmemente à superfície lateral interna do alojamento. o eletrodo padrão está localizado na cavidade interna do elemento de detecção de cerâmica. a parte externa do fundo de elemento de detecção de cerâmica é coberto com uma camada de eletrodo de platina porosa. a extremidade do núcleo central da unidade de medição de potencial é trazida para fora até o eletrodo padrão. a bucha inferior projetada como um tubo é conectada à parte inferior do alojamento a partir da lateral do elemento de detecção de cerâmica. a extremidade inferior da bucha inferior tem um fundo com um furo central com a membrana seletiva fixada. a extremidade livre inferior da membrana seletiva está firmemente próxima a um tampão; a cavidade limitada pela superfície interna da bucha inferior, a parte externa do fundo do elemento de detecção de cerâmica e as superfícies internas da membrana seletiva e do tampão são hermética a vazamento. o detector é adicionalmente dotado de uma bucha superior e um vedante de vitrocerâmica. o resultado técnico é a vida útil aumentada e a confiabilidade da operação do detector de hidrogênio em uma ampla gama de parâmetros de meio de trabalho fornecendo-se estanqueidade a vazamentos da cavidade interna do elemento de detecção de cerâmica.
