Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para separar/fixar um disco de polimento de moedor manual, o dispositivo sendo apertado no veio rotativo de um corpo principal de moedor de modo a permitir o desprendimento/fixação mais fácil e rápido de um disco de polimento consumível utilizado para o acabamento, cortar, separar, etc. a superfície de um objeto alvo, ou permitir a prevenção definida de afrouxamento, fenómeno de vibração, etc. a presente invenção compreende: um corpo principal de moedor que tem um veio rotativo que funciona a alta velocidade por meio de ar pressão ou acionamento de um motor elétrico; um elemento de transmissão de energia que tem uma protrusão de paragem formada na parte de extremidade superior do seu corpo e um corpo hexagonal incluindo um flange formado na parte central do seu corpo e que é apertada no veio rotativo do corpo principal de moedor por um parafuso de fixação; um corpo principal de batente que tem um furo hexagonal formado na sua superfície circunferencial interna para acomodar o elemento de transmissão de energia e que tem uma ranhura de assento em forma de arco formada na circunferência do furo hexagonal de modo a ficarem em frente uma da outra; um par de placas rotativas superior e inferior que são cada uma montada em uma porção de placa plana na extremidade superior do corpo principal do batente; e um suporte de disco que tem um anel de fixação superior e uma placa de suporte inferior montada no elemento de transmissão de energia para fixar um material abrasivo.
