Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de preparação de batelada mestre, caracterizado por compreender 20-90% em peso de um aditivo de polímero disperso em 10-80% em peso de um polímero termoplástico, em que o mencionado processo compreende as etapas de: - fornecimento do aditivo em forma líquida; - aquecimento opcional do aditivo; - adição de partículas sólidas do polímero termoplástico ao aditivo líquido; - aquecimento da mistura resultante a uma temperatura maior ou igual à temperatura de fusão do polímero; e - tratamento da mistura com equipamento de modelagem para formar partículas sólidas.
