?dispositivo para tratamento de metal líquido de elevado cisalhamento e método para tratar metal líquido usando tal dispositivo? a presente invenção fornece um dispositivo (1) para tratamento de metal líquido de elevado cisalhamento. o dispositivo (1) compreende um tambor (2), um eixo de rotor (5), uma pluralidade de ventiladores de rotor (6, 7, 8) e uma pluralidade de placas de estator (9, 10, 11). o tambor (2) apresentando um eixo geométrico longitudinal, que se estende entre uma extremidade superior e uma extremidade inferior, e apresentando uma abertura (4, 3) em suas extremidades superior e inferior. o eixo de rotor (5) montado centralmente através do, e paralelo ao eixo geométrico longitudinal do, tambor (2). a pluralidade de ventiladores de rotor (6, 7, 8), montada ao longo de um comprimento axial do eixo (5) e dentro do tambor (2). a pluralidade de placas de estator (9, 10, 11), formada em uma superfície interna do tambor (2), as placas de estator (9, 10, 11) estando localizadas entre ventiladores de rotor (6, 7, 8) adjacentes. a presente invenção também fornece um método para tratamento de metal líquido de elevado cisalhamento usando o dispositivo (1). a presente invenção permite tratamento aperfeiçoado de metais líquidos e semilíquidos durante o processamento.
