Abstract
В настоящем изобретении предложено устройство (1) для обработки жидкого металла с высокой степенью сдвига слоев. Устройство (1) содержит барабан (2), вал (5) ротора, множество лопастных дисков (6, 7, 8) ротора и множество пластин (9, 10, 11) статора. Барабан (2) имеет продольную ось, проходящую между верхним концом и более низким концом, а также имеет отверстия (4, 3) на его верхнем и более низком концах. Вал (5) ротора установлен по центру и параллельно продольной оси барабана (2). Множество лопастных дисков (6, 7, 8) ротора установлены вдоль осевой длины вала (5) и внутри барабана (2), причем каждый лопастной диск (6, 7, 8) ротора сформирован таким образом, что его внешний конец находится на минимальном расстоянии от внутренней стенки барабана (2). Множество пластин (9, 10, 11) статора сформировано на внутренней поверхности барабана (2), при этом пластины (9, 10, 11) статора расположены между смежными лопастными дисками (6, 7, 8) ротора, причем каждая пластина статора проходит от внутренней поверхности барабана в основном до вала (5) ротора и в каждой пластине статора, имеется по меньшей мере одно проходное отверстие (17), сформированное в ней для того, чтобы обеспечить прохождение текучей среды через пластину; верхняя и нижняя поверхности каждой пластины статора сформированы таким образом, чтобы находиться на минимальном расстоянии от ближайшего лопастного диска (6, 7, 8) ротора. Минимальное расстояние составляет от 10 мкм до 10 мм. Настоящее изобретение также обеспечивает способ обработки жидкого металла с высокой степенью сдвига слоев, используя устройство (1). Настоящее изобретение при использовании позволяет улучшать обработку жидких и полужидких металлов.
