Abstract
a invenção refere-se a um processo e dispositivo para des-sulfurização-denitratação de um gás de combustão. uma solução de dessulfurização-denitratação é usada em uma torre de absorção para absorver dióxido de enxofre e/ou óxidos de nitrogênio a partir do gás de combustão, ou vários gases residuais de combustão (residuais). a solução de dessulfurização-denitratação com dióxido de enxofre e/ou óxidos de nitrogênio absorvidos libera o dióxido de enxofre e/ou óxidos de nitrogênio por aquecimento, e/ou remoção de gás, e/ou regeneração a vácuo, em uma torre de regeneração. o dióxido de enxofre e/ou óxidos de nitrogênio liberados são adicionalmente concentrados em um produto de dióxido de enxofre e/ou de óxido de nitrogênio, com uma pureza mais alta em uma torre de concentração. a solução de dessulfurização-denitratação regenerada é reciclada para uso. o processo e dispositivo têm uma ampla faixa de aplicações industriais, e podem ser usados para dessulfurização e/ou denitratação de gases de combustão, gases de incineração, gases de forno de coque, gases de despejo sintéticos de instalações de pigmento, gases poluentes descarregados de instalações de fibra química, e outros gases de matéria prima industrial, ou gases de despejo contendo sox.
