Abstract
Description
再生を経た脱硫脱硝溶液は循環使用される。
余熱回収塔は、煙道ガスと蓄熱流体とを熱交換するためのものであり、煙道ガスの温度を50℃以下に降温させて、余熱を回収する。
(1)伝統的な湿式脱硫プロセスを煙道ガスの脱硫に用いると、その副産物が硫酸カルシウムと亜硫酸カルシウムまたは硫酸アンモニアと亜硫酸アンモニアである。一方、本発明の煙道ガスの脱硫脱硝プロセス及び設備の副産物は、高純度の二酸化硫黄であり、これらの副産物は、重要な化工原材料であり、幅広い市場と重要な応用価値を有している。
1、15%Na2SO3(w)水溶液。
2、20%クエン酸一カリウム塩(w)水溶液。
3、EG溶液。
4、PEG400溶液。
5、PEG400+3%トリエタノールアミン(w)溶液。
6、NHD溶液(重合度が4〜8のポリエチレングリコールジメチルエーテルの混合物)。
7、60%EG(w)+30%H2O(w)+10%クエン酸一ナトリウム(w)溶液。
8、60%PEG400(w)+30%H2O(w)+10%クエン酸一ナトリウム塩(w)溶液。
9、30%EG(w)+30%PEG400(w)+30%H2O(w)+10%クエン酸一ナトリウム塩(w)溶液。
1、それぞれ15%Na2SO3(w)水溶液、20%クエン酸一カリウム塩(w)水溶液、EG溶液、PEG400溶液を用いて脱硫脱硝を行う時、最初には、溶液の二酸化硫黄吸収能力が比較的に強く、吸収率は90%以上までに達することができたが、窒素酸化物吸収能力を有しない。但し、2〜5日を経た異なる時間の連続運行後に、溶液は二酸化硫黄吸収能力をだんだん失い、溶液が次第に性質変化して、120℃以上に加熱された時、溶液が再生できなくなる。
図において、丸で囲んだ各符号は下記の意味を表す。F1、F2、F3、F4はそれぞれ煙道ガス1の流量、脱硫リーン液7の流量、再生塔20に入った蒸気流量、濃化塔23に入った蒸気流量を表す。A1は煙道ガス1の組成、A2は脱硫脱硝後の煙道ガス6の組成、A3は濃縮された二酸化硫黄及び/又は窒素酸化物ガス25の組成、A4は脱硫脱硝リッチ液8中のSO2とNO含量、A5は再生後の脱硫脱硝リーン液7中のSO2とNOの含量、A6は蒸留水26中のSO2とNO含量を表す。P1は吸収塔3の底部圧力、P2は吸収塔3の頂部圧力、P3は再生塔20中の圧力、P4は蒸気22の圧力、P5は濃化塔23中の圧力を表す。T1は煙道ガス1の温度、T2は脱硫脱硝後の煙道ガス6の温度、T3は吸収塔3中温度、T4は吸収塔3に入る脱硫脱硝リーン液7の温度、T5は冷却器13から出た脱硫脱硝リーン液7の温度、T6は熱交換器14から出た脱硫脱硝リーン液の温度、T7は熱交換器14に入る脱硫脱硝リッチ液の温度、T8は熱交換器14に入る脱硫脱硝リーン液の温度、T9は熱交換器14からでた脱硫脱硝リッチ液の温度、T10は脱硫脱硝リッチ液が再生塔20に入る温度、T11は再生塔20中の温度、T12は再生脱着ガス21の温度、T13は蒸気22の温度、T14は蒸留水26の温度、T15は濃化塔23中の温度、T16は濃縮された二酸化硫黄及び/又は窒素酸化物ガス25の温度を表す。

Claims (10)
- 熱交換回収方式を採用して煙道ガスの温度を50℃以下に降温させて余熱の回収を行う、余熱回収過程と、
降温させた後の煙道ガスを吸収塔に入れて、脱硫脱硝溶液にてその中の二酸化硫黄及び/又は窒素酸化物を吸収する、脱硫脱硝過程と、
二酸化硫黄及び/又は窒素酸化物を吸収した脱硫脱硝溶液を、再生塔において加熱及び/又はストリッピング及び/又は真空再生方式を採用して二酸化硫黄及び/又は窒素酸化物を放出させて再生し、再生後の脱硫脱硝溶液を循環使用する、脱硫脱硝溶液再生過程と、
脱硫脱硝溶液再生過程で放出された二酸化硫黄及び/又は窒素酸化物を、濃化塔を経て高純度の二酸化硫黄及び/又は窒素酸化物製品に濃縮する、二酸化硫黄及び/又は窒素酸化物濃化過程と、
を含む煙道ガスの脱硫脱硝プロセスであって、
前記脱硫脱硝溶液が、ポリオール類及び/又は重合ポリオール類を含有する複合溶液である煙道ガスの脱硫脱硝プロセス。 - 前記余熱回収過程において、直接熱交換回収方式、または間接熱交換と直接熱交換を同時に行う回収方式を採用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の煙道ガスの脱硫脱硝プロセス。
- 前記余熱回収過程において、煙道ガスは、蓄熱流体との直接接触によって熱交換を行い、一級または多級の内循環ポンプを設置することによって蓄熱流体の循環量を増加することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の煙道ガスの脱硫脱硝プロセス。
- 前記脱硫脱硝過程において、一級または多級の内循環ポンプを設置することによって脱硫脱硝溶液の循環量を増加することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の煙道ガスの脱硫脱硝プロセス。
- 前記脱硫脱硝溶液再生過程において、煙道ガス中の二酸化硫黄及び/又は窒素酸化物を吸収した脱硫脱硝溶液が脱硫脱硝リッチ液であるが、該脱硫脱硝リッチ液を、まず再生塔の底部から流出する脱硫脱硝リーン液と間接式熱交換を行わせて90℃以上に加熱した後、再生塔の上端から再生塔に入れ、加熱及び/又はストリッピング及び/又は真空再生方式によって二酸化硫黄及び/又は窒素酸化物を脱着し脱硫脱硝リーン液に転化して、再生塔の底部から流出し、熱交換と冷却を経て50℃以下にさせた後、脱硫脱硝過程に送って循環利用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の煙道ガスの脱硫脱硝プロセス。
- 前記二酸化硫黄及び/又は窒素酸化物濃化過程において、脱硫脱硝溶液再生過程で放出された、二酸化硫黄及び/又は窒素酸化物を含んだ混合ガスを、濃化塔の中段から濃化塔に入れて、濃化塔の頂部からの冷却、凝集された水と逆流接触して、混合ガス中の水蒸気を冷却、凝集させ、水蒸気が除去された混合ガスを濃化塔の頂部から流出し;水蒸気は、濃化塔の底端から濃化塔に入れ、冷却、凝集された水と逆流接触して冷却、凝集水中の残りの二酸化硫黄及び/又は窒素酸化物を抽出し、冷却、凝集水を蒸留水に転化して、濃化塔の底部から流出して回収することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の煙道ガスの脱硫脱硝プロセス。
- 余熱回収塔、吸収塔、再生塔及び濃化塔を含む煙道ガスの脱硫脱硝設備であって、その中、
余熱回収塔は、煙道ガスと蓄熱流体とを熱交換させて、煙道ガスの温度を50℃以下に降温させ、余熱を回収するためのものであり、
吸収塔は、降温後の煙道ガスを脱硫脱硝溶液と直接接触させるためのものであり、脱硫脱硝溶液が煙道ガス中の二酸化硫黄及び/または窒素酸化物を吸収して脱硫脱硝リッチ液になって、吸収塔から排出され、前記脱硫脱硝溶液はポリオール類及び/または重合ポリオール類を含む複合溶液であり、
再生塔は、脱硫脱硝リッチ液を加熱及び/またはストリッピング及び/または真空再生方式によって二酸化硫黄及び/または窒素酸化物を脱着して脱硫脱硝リーン液にするためのものであり、再生して得られた脱硫脱硝リーン液を吸収塔に戻して循環利用し、
濃化塔は、再生塔から放出した、二酸化硫黄及び/または窒素酸化物を含む混合ガス中の水蒸気を冷却、凝集によって除去し、二酸化硫黄及び/または窒素酸化物を高純度の二酸化硫黄及び/または窒素酸化物製品に濃縮するためのものである煙道ガスの脱硫脱硝設備。 - 前記余熱回収塔に、一級または多級の、蓄熱流体の循環量を増加するための内循環ポンプが設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の煙道ガスの脱硫脱硝設備。
- 前記吸収塔に、一級または多級の、脱硫脱硝溶液の循環量を増加するための内循環ポンプが設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の煙道ガスの脱硫脱硝設備。
- 前記吸収塔と再生塔との間に熱交換器が設置されており、吸収塔からの脱硫脱硝リッチ液と再生塔から流出する脱硫脱硝リーン液が当該熱交換器において間接式熱交換を行うことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の煙道ガスの脱硫脱硝設備。
