Abstract

PROCESSOS PARA PRODUÇÃO DE GLICOPROTEÍNAS RECOMBINANTES COM GLICOSILAÇÃO MODIFICADA. A presente invenção refere-se a células animais hospedeiras construídas geneticamente tendo padrões de glicosilação modificados, por exemplo, desfucosilação e/ou monoglicosilação. Tais células animais hospedeiras podem ser construídas para expressão de fucosidase, endoglicosidase ou ambas.
