A invenção refere-se a recipientes para frangos de corte (1) tendo uma base (11) e paredes laterais (12) que definem um volume interno que se destina e é projetado para receber e acomodar, pelo menos, cinco frangos vivos, onde o recipiente para frangos de corte está projetado e configurado para ser empilhável com recipientes para frangos de corte da mesma configuração e possui pelo menos uma abertura de ventilação e/ou, pelo menos, uma abertura de saída de ar, dito recipiente para frangos de corte se caracteriza pelo fato do recipiente para frangos de corte compreender, pelo menos, um segmento de uma coluna de ventilação ou de saída de ar (14) que se estende através do volume interior e possui pelo menos uma abertura de ventilação ou de saída de ar a uma distância das paredes laterais, onde cada segmento da coluna de ventilação ou de saída de ar está projetado e configurado para se ligar aos segmentos de recipientes para frangos de corte da mesma configuração e ainda para se ligar a um sistema de ventilação ativo. A invenção refere-se também a uma unidade que compreende, pelo menos, dois recipientes, e a um arranjo que compreende uma unidade e um sistema de ventilação, para um reboque de transporte de recipientes para frangos de corte, para o matadouro de aves, e a um método para a ventilação dos frangos.
