Abstract

本实用新型所设计的一种中空气通式塑料箱，它的主体结构为塑料箱体，塑料箱体的四周和底面都阵列排布有通气孔，在塑料箱体内部的底面上设置有1至4个通气筒，通气筒为中空规则体，各表面都设置有通气孔。其通气筒的设置可以使箱体在放置菊花等易发热的产品时能对箱体中心位置的产品进行散热，保证其温度不会过高，提高了菊花等易发热产品在箱体内的存放时间，提高了加工气业的对该类产品的囤放量。另一方面，两个侧边同向U型结构的设计，使箱体在闲置时可以通过同向叠置，箱体就可以重叠起来，节省了空间，在箱体内存有物品时，可以采用反向堆置，箱体之间就会堆置起来，不会压到物品，同时也节省了空间。

本实用新型涉及塑料箱行业，尤其是一种中空气通式塑料箱。
背景技术
目前市面上的塑料箱一般都只是由塑料注塑成的箱体结构，有些是可折叠的箱体，这些塑料箱在实际使用过程中存在透气性差的缺点。目前尤其是在农业生产及农产品的短存、运输及加工领域，会大量的使用塑料周转箱，但对于新鲜的农产品如菊花、茶叶、菜心等，如果放在一般的塑料箱内，一两个小时就会使箱体中心的农产品发热，影响农产品的质量，另外该类农产品加工企业往往会因为一般塑料箱存放鲜菊花等农产品时易发热，不能长时间囤放而选择把农产品薄摊在地面上，这样不仅需要大量的场地，而且还影响农产品的卫生质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种透气效果好的中空气通式塑料箱。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所设计的中空气通式塑料箱，它的主体结构为塑料箱体，塑料箱体的四周和底面都阵列排布有通气孔，在塑料箱体内部的底面上设置有1至4个通气筒，通气筒为中空规则体，各表面都设置有通气孔。这样的结构给箱体的中心位置提供一个换气的通道。
塑料箱体的两个宽侧面为同向U型结构，U字朝内的宽侧面的支撑点设置在两端，U字朝外的宽侧面的支撑点设置在U字上。该结构使箱体之间同向放置可以重叠起来，箱体之间反向放置可以堆置起来。
通气筒通过卡扣可拆卸的设置在塑料箱体内部的底面上，方便通气筒的拆卸。
本实用新型所得到的中空气通式塑料箱，其通气筒的设置可以使箱体在放置鲜菊花等易发热的农产品时能对箱体中心位置的产品进行散热，保证其温度不会过高，提高了菊花等易发热产品在箱体内的存放时间，提高了加工企业的对该类产品的囤放量，还节约了场地。另一方面，两个侧边同向U型结构的设计，使箱体在闲置时可以通过同向叠置，箱体就可以重叠起来，节省了空间，在箱体内存有物品时，可以采用反向堆置，箱体之间就会堆置起来，不会压到物品，同时也节省了空间。

下面通过实施例结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
实施例1：
如图1所示，本实施例描述的中空气通式塑料箱，它的主体结构为塑料箱体1，塑料箱体1的四周和底面都阵列排布有通气孔，在塑料箱体1内部的底面上设置有1至4个通气筒2，通气筒2为中空规则体，各表面都设置有通气孔，通气筒2通过卡扣可拆卸的设置在塑料箱体1内部的底面上，塑料箱体1的两个宽侧面为同向U型结构，U字朝内的宽侧面的支撑点3设置在两端，U字朝外的宽侧面的支撑点3设置在U字上。
具体实施方法，在放置不易发热的物品时，可以拆卸通气筒2，与一般的塑料箱同样使用。在放置易发热的物品，如农产品菊花、茶叶、菜心等，需要把通气筒2安装后再向塑料箱体1内放置物品。在闲置时，可以把该塑料箱同向重叠起来，节省空间。在存物时可以把该塑料箱反向堆置起来，不会压到物品。

1.一种中空气通式塑料箱，它的主体结构为塑料箱体，塑料箱体的四周和底面都阵列排布有通气孔，其特征是所述的在塑料箱体内部的底面上设置有1至4个通气筒，通气筒为中空规则体，各表面都设置有通气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中空气通式塑料箱，其特征是所述的塑料箱体的两个宽侧面为同向U型结构，U字朝内的宽侧面的支撑点设置在两端，U字朝外的宽侧面的支撑点设置在U字上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的中空气通式塑料箱，其特征是所述的通气筒通过卡扣可拆卸的设置在塑料箱体内部的底面上。
