Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种箱体，具体地说是涉及一种运输家禽、鸟类的运输箱。它包括箱体和面盖，箱体和面盖上均设有透气孔，所述箱体的转角向上延伸有柱头，柱头穿过面盖，所有的柱头高度一致。本实用新型结构设计简单合理，箱体叠合在一起后，透气柱一一对接形成一根根向上延伸的透气散热烟囱，保证箱体内的氧气充足和温度适宜。箱体之间不会互相错动，保证了家禽的安全。

本实用新型涉及一种箱体，具体地说是涉及一种运输家禽、鸟类的运输箱。
背景技术
现有的家禽运输箱由箱体和面盖构成，箱体和面盖上设有透气孔，但由于多个箱体叠加后箱体和面盖上的透气孔均被挡住，透气散热效果非常不理想，箱体与箱体之间无定位装置，运输时随着车子的加速与减速箱体之间会滑动，经常出现上面的箱体压进下面的箱体内，压死家禽。
发明内容
因此，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种透气和散热佳、箱体定位好的家禽运输箱。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现。
一种家禽运输箱，包括箱体和面盖，箱体和面盖上均设有透气孔，所述箱体的转角向上延伸有柱头，柱头穿过面盖，所有的柱头高度一致。
上述目的还可通过以下技术方案作进一步完善。
所述箱体的底部转角处设有凹孔，使位于该箱体下方的另一箱体的柱头可插入该箱体内。
所述箱体内腔设有两条隔板，两条隔板呈十字形设置将箱体内腔分隔成四个小空腔，两条隔板上均设有通孔，两条隔板顶端间隔向上突出有凸条，凸条穿过面盖。
所述呈十字形设置的两条隔板交汇处设有透气柱，透气柱沿箱体高度方向延伸，透气柱为上下贯穿的空心体，透气柱壁上设有透气孔使箱体内腔与透气柱的空心体相通，透气柱的底端延伸至箱体底面，透气柱的顶端穿过面盖。
所述面盖分成两块，可分别绕同一条隔板转动。
本实用新型结构设计简单合理，箱体叠合在一起后，透气柱一一对接形成一根根向上延伸的透气散热烟囱，保证箱体内的氧气充足和温度适宜。箱体之间不会互相错动，保证了家禽的安全。箱体可根据需要制成各种大小和形状，取材广泛可用纸皮、塑料或金属材料。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详述。
实施例1，结合图1至图4，一种家禽运输箱，包括箱体1和面盖2，箱体1和面盖2上均设有透气孔3，箱体1的转角向上延伸有柱头5，柱头5穿过面盖2，所述箱体1内腔设有两条隔板8，两条隔板8呈十字形分布将箱体内腔分隔成四个小空腔，隔板8上设有通孔(图中未示出)使四个小空腔互通空气，隔板8顶端间隔向上突出有凸条9，凸条9穿过面盖2。面盖2分成两块，可分别绕同一条隔板转动。
实施例2，结合图5至图10，一种家禽运输箱，包括箱体1和面盖2，箱体1和面盖2上均设有透气孔3，箱体1底面的转角处设有通孔4，箱体1顶面的转角向上延伸有柱头5，柱头5穿过面盖2后还可再插入叠压在其上方的另一箱体底面转角处的通孔4内，箱体1体内沿其高度方向设有透气柱6，透气柱6为上下贯穿的空心体，透气柱6壁上设有透气孔7使箱体1内腔与透气柱6的空心体相通，透气柱6的底端延伸至箱体1底面，透气柱6的顶端穿过面盖2。
所述箱体1内腔设有两条隔板8，两条隔板呈十字形分布将箱体内腔分隔成四个小空腔，隔板8上设有通孔(图中未示出)使四个小空腔互通空气，隔板8顶端间隔向上突出有凸条9，凸条9穿过面盖2。透气柱6设在两条隔板8的交汇处。面盖2分成两块，可分别绕同一条隔板转动。

1、一种家禽运输箱，包括箱体和面盖，箱体和面盖上均设有透气孔，其特征在于：所述箱体的转角向上延伸有柱头，柱头穿过面盖，所有的柱头高度一致。
2、根据权利要求1所述家禽运输箱，其特征在于：所述箱体的底部转角处设有凹孔，使位于该箱体下方的另一箱体的柱头可插入该箱体内。
3、根据权利要求1所述家禽运输箱，其特征在于：所述箱体内腔设有两条隔板，两条隔板呈十字形设置将箱体内腔分隔成四个小空腔，两条隔板上均设有通孔，两条隔板顶端间隔向上突出有凸条，凸条穿过面盖。
4、根据权利要求3所述家禽运输箱，其特征在于：所述呈十字形设置的两条隔板交汇处设有透气柱，透气柱沿箱体高度方向延伸，透气柱为上下贯穿的空心体，透气柱壁上设有透气孔使箱体内腔与透气柱的空心体相通，透气柱的底端延伸至箱体底面，透气柱的顶端穿过面盖。
5、根据权利要求3所述家禽运输箱，其特征在于：所述面盖分成两块，可分别绕同一条隔板转动。
