Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE SÍLICA COLOIDAL ATIVADA. A presente invenção se refere às sílicas coloidais tendo um baixo valor S e um alto teor de sólidos, à preparação das mesmas e o uso das mesmas na produção de papel. Quando usada na produção de papel, as sílicas coloidais da invenção apresentam bom desempenho de retenção e drenagem, de maneira tal que elas podem ser usadas em quantidades menores, comparadas às sílicas coloidais convencionais. A presente invenção também se refere a um aparelho e um método para produzir tais sílicas coloidais ativadas.
