1/1 resumo "escova de dentes que compreende elementos de limpeza elastoméricos moldados em sobreposição com um plástico mais rígido e método para produzir o mesmo" a presente invenção refere-se a cabeças de escova, particularmente cabeças de escova de dentes que compreendem elementos de limpeza elastoméricos e elementos de limpeza de tufo de cerdas que podem ser produzidos por moldagem por injeção. para se obter flexibilidade elevada do design com respeito à disposição dos elementos de limpeza elastoméricos e com respeito à escolha do material, os elementos de limpeza elastoméricos podem ser manufaturados primeiramente por injeção de um primeiro material plástico. então, os elementos de limpeza elastoméricos junto com os elementos de limpeza de tufo de cerdas podem ser moldados com sobreposição com um segundo material plástico para formar a cabeça de escova ou uma parte da mesma. dessa forma, o segundo material plástico pode apresentar uma dureza shore maior que o primeiro material plástico usado para a manufatura dos elementos de limpeza elastoméricos.
