resumo pistola de soldagem a laser manobrável com a mão uma pistola de soldagem a laser deslocável com a mão está configurada com uma coluna de suporte alongado que se prolonga ao longo de um eixo longitudinal e feito de material leve. uma placa de suporte é desprezível montado na coluna de suporte, enquanto os mesmos uma cabeça óptica axial, que é fornecida com óptica. a óptica é configurada para direcionar um feixe de laser ao longo de um caminho no sentido de uma zona de soldagem por meio de uma janela de proteção da cabeça óptica. a pistola de soldagem a laser ainda está estruturada com um primeiro braço montado na placa de suporte e que se estende ao longo de um eixo longitudinal da pistola diametralmente oposta à cabeça óptica. a superfície interna do braço deslocável tem uma superfície interior definindo um túnel que se encontra alinhado com a cabeça óptica e axialmente atravessado pelo feixe a laser, uma primeira corrente de fluxo axial do meio gasoso pressurizado, e uma segunda corrente que flui axialmente do meio gasoso. a segunda corrente, que entra no túnel a uma pressão mais baixa do que aquela da primeira corrente em resposta a um gradiente de pressão gerado na coluna, não gerar vórtices dentro da coluna. o primeiro e segundo fluxos de saída, através da extremidade a jusante do túnel, junto à zona de soldagem. à medida que os rios correm para fora, eles carregam os detritos de solda fluindo dentro do túnel para a cabeça óptica.
