resumo nova fusão fgfr3 a presente invenção visa elucidar um polinucleotídeo como um gene responsável inovador para câncer e visa prover um método para detectar o polinucleotídeo e um polipeptídeo codificado pelo polinucleotídeo e um kit de detecção, um conjunto de sonda, e um conjunto de iniciadores para a detecção. a presente invenção também visa prover uma composição farmacêutica para tratamento de câncer. o método detecta um gene de fusão composto por uma porção de um gene fgfr3 e uma porção de um gene tacc3 ou uma proteína de fusão codificada pelo gene de fusão. o conjunto de iniciadores, o conjunto de sondas, ou o kit de detecção compreendem um iniciador senso e um conjunto de sondas designado a partir da porção que codifica fgfr3 e um iniciador anti-senso e um conjunto de sondas designado a partir da porção que codifica tacc3. visto que um inibidor do polipeptídeo exibe um efeito antitumoral, uma composição farmacêutica para tratar câncer que seja positivo para o gene de fusão ou para o polipeptídeo é provida.
