Abstract
MÉTODO PARA REVESTIR TUBOS. A presente invenção refere-se a método para revestir um tubo (1), que no seu interior tem um lado externo (a) e um lado interno (b), uma primeira extremidade externa (e1) e uma segunda extremidade externa (e2), um comprimento (L), um primeiro diâmetro interno (D1) na primeira extremidade (e1) e um segundo diâmetro interno (D2) na segunda extremidade (e2), um eixo geométrico central (M). O método sendo caracterizado por ter as etapas: (i) fornecer uma bacia de imersão (2), que é preenchida com um líquido de revestimento (3) até um nível de preenchimento (h) e é adequada para receber o tubo (1), (ii) primeira imersão do tubo (1) no líquido de revestimento (3), (iii) primeira remoção do tubo (1) do líquido de revestimento (3), assegurando um ângulo (a) entre o eixo geométrico central (M) e a superfície do líquido (3), (iv) segunda imersão do tubo (1) no líquido de revestimento (3), (v) segunda remoção do tubo (1) do líquido de revestimento (3), assegurando um ângulo (Beta) entre o eixo geométrico central (M) e a superfície do líquido (3), (vi) assegurar um nível de preenchimento (h) do líquido (3) na bacia de imersão (2).
