Abstract

FLUXÍMETRO ULTRASSÔNICO, E, MÉTODO PARA MEDIR O FLUXO DE UM FLUIDO ATRAVÉS DE UMA TUBULAÇÃO Em uma modalidade, um fluxímetro ultrassônico compreende uma peça de carretel incluindo um furo passante e um orifício do transdutor estendendo-se da superfície externa da peça de carretel até o furo passante. Além do mais, o fluxímetro ultrassônico compreende um conjunto do transdutor disposto no orifício do transdutor. O conjunto do transdutor tem um eixo central e compreende um suporte do transdutor com uma primeira extremidade proximal do furo passante da peça de carretel. Adicionalmente, o conjunto do transdutor compreende uma cápsula piezelétrica incluindo um elemento piezelétrico. A cápsula piezelétrica é acoplada no suporte do transdutor e estende-se no geral axialmente da primeira extremidade do suporte do transdutor. Ainda adicionalmente, o conjunto do transdutor compreende de uma cápsula do transformador é acoplada no suporte do transdutor e é axialmente espaçada da cápsula piezelétrica.
