COMPOSIÇÃO PARA CONFERIR O SABOR KOKUMI EM UM ALIMENTO OU BEBIDA, MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DE UM ALIMENTO OU BEBIDA, E, ALIMENTO OU BEBIDA. A presente invenção refere-se ao problema de fornecer uma composição que pode conferir um sabor pronunciado rico e prolongado em um alimento e bebida, embora não mascare o aroma e/ou sabor principal do alimento ou bebida, nem elimine o aroma e/ou sabor prolongado destes. Uma composição para conferir um sabor pronunciado em alimentos e bebidas que compreende uma substância que confere o sabor pronunciado e 1-octen-3-ol e/ou 1-octen-3-ona.
