resumo patente de invenção: "processo para a melhor separação de uma solução orgânica hidrófoba de um meio de cultura aquoso". a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a melhor separação de uma solução orgânica hidrófoba de um meio de cultura aquosa, compreendendo as etapas, preparação de um meio de cultura aquoso compreendendo uma célula metabolicamente ativa, o contato do meio de cultura aquoso com uma solução orgânica hidrófoba, separação da solução orgânica hidrófoba do meio de cultura aquoso, em que a célula apresenta uma atividade reduzida de pelo menos uma enzima comparada com o tipo selvagem da célula, que catalisa uma das reações da ß-oxidação de ácidos graxos. além disso, a invenção se refere ao uso de uma célula metabolicamente ativa, que apresenta uma atividade reduzida de uma enzima comparada com o tipo selvagem da célula, que catalisa uma das reações da ß-oxidação de ácidos graxos, preferivelmente de uma enzima selecionada do grupo compreendendo fada, fadb, fadd, fadl e fade, bem como variantes dos mesmos, mais preferivelmente fade ou uma variante do mesmo, para a melhor separação de uma solução orgânica hidrófoba de um meio de cultura aquoso compreendendo a célula metabolicamente ativa.
