resumo patente de invenção: "linha de processo para a produção de partículas secas por congelamento". a presente invenção refere-se a uma linha de processo para a produção de partículas secas por congelamento sob condições fechadas, a linha de processo compreende um secador por congelamento para a produção a granel de partículas secas por congelamento sob condições fechadas, o secador por congelamento compreende um tambor giratório para receber as partículas congeladas e uma câmara de vácuo estacionária que aloja o tambor giratório, em que para a produção das partículas sob condições fechadas a câmara de vácuo é adaptada para operação fechada durante o processamento das partículas; o tambor está em comunicação aberta com a câmara de vácuo; e pelo menos uma seção de transferência é fornecida para uma transferência de produto entre um dispositivo separado da linha de processo e o secador por congelamento, o secador por congelamento e a seção de transferência são separadamente adaptados para a operação fechada, em que a seção de transferência compreende uma superfície de parede interna de temperatura controlável.
