resumo patente de invenção: "trocador de calor e método para sua produção". a presente invenção refere-se a um trocador de calor (20) para aquecimento de um líquido, especialmente para aparelhos de limpeza de alta pressão, com um enrolamento de aquecimento interno e externo (22, 24) que apresenta uma variedade de voltas e com distanciadores (38, 39, 40, 41) que estão distribuídos entre o enrolamento de aquecimento interno (22) e o enrolamento de aquecimento externo (24) distribuídas pela circunferência do enrolamento de aquecimento interno (22). para desenvolver de tal maneira o trocador de calor (20) que possa ser produzido a custo mais vantajoso, apresentando um elevado grau de eficácia, é proposto de acordo com a invenção que pelo menos uma volta (55, 57) do enrolamento de aquecimento externo (24) apresenta entre os dois distanciadores (40, 41) dispostos imediatamente adjacentes, um primeiro segmento de volta (64, 64a), no qual a distância radial para o enrolamento de aquecimento interno (22) é menor ou maior do que na região dos distanciadores (40, 41). além disso, são propostos dois métodos para produzir um trocador de calor (20).
