Abstract

DISPOSITIVO CENTRÍPETO FLUÍDICO PARA TESTAR COMPONENTES DE UM MATERIAL BIOLÓGICO EM UM FLUIDO, APARELHO DE TESTE E MÉTODO DE TESTE USANDO TAL DISPOSITIVO CENTRÍPETO FLUÍDICO. Um aparelho centrípeto fluídico para testar componentes de um material biológico em um fluido é apresentado. O dispositivo centrípeto fluídico está adaptado para ser recebido dentro de um suporte giratório. O aparelho compreende uma camada de componente fluídico tendo características fluídicas em pelo menos uma face frontal e uma camada de componente inferior ligada a uma parte traseira da camada de componente fluídico criando, desse modo, uma rede fluídica através da qual o fluido flui sob força centrípeta. Em uma modalidade, a característica fluídica pode ser uma câmara de enchimento inferior acoplada a um canal de entrada para receber o fluido, a entrada de câmara sendo fornecida em um lado externo da câmara de enchimento inferior. Em outra modalidade, a característica fluídica pode ser uma câmara de retenção acoplada a um canal de entrada para receber o fluido, um recipiente integralmente fornecido na câmara de retenção e contendo um diluente liquido, o recipiente mantendo o diluente liquido no recipiente até ele liberar o mesmo na câmara de retenção mediante aplicação de uma força externa ao recipiente, restaurando, assim, a conexão fluídica entre o diluente liquido e o fluido na câmara de retenção. Além disso, a câmara de retenção pode ter um receptáculo de dissociação de fluxo para receber o fluido localizado no lado externo da câmara de retenção e interromper uma conexão fluídica entre a entrada e a saída da câmara de retenção. Um aparelho de teste e um método de teste usando um dispositivo centrípeto fluídico para testar componentes de um material biológico em um fluido são também fornecidos.
