Abstract

MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DE UMA ESTRUTURA ABSORVENTE EM SANDUÍCHE E APARELHO DE PRODUÇÃO DE UMA ESTRUTURA ABSORVENTE COMPÓSITA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método e aparato de formação de uma estrutura compósita, de preferência para utilização em uma estrutura absorvente usada na indústria da higiene pessoal, como, por exemplo, pensos de higiene feminina, fraldas e calcinhas para bebês e pensos para incontinência de adultos. De preferência, a presente invenção provê um método e aparato para depositar material particulado, em um padrão desejado, sobre uma camada transportadora em movimento e posicioná-lo em um padrão em bolsos. O método permite a formação precisa de um padrão predeterminado de agrupamentos de material particulado a alta velocidade de produção, com utilização reduzida de matériasprimas e custo fabricação de relativamente baixo. Esse método permite a estruturas absorventes substancialmente desprovidas de celulose e substancialmente desprovidas de cola, consideradas técnica e economicamente vantajosas e amigas do ambiente. A presente invenção aborda a necessidade de uma estrutura absorvente de material particulado fina, flexível e leve melhorada que ultrapasse os problemas da técnica anterior, exibindo absorção, distribuição e retenção ótimas. A presente invenção refere-se a um método e aparato lo estruturas absorventes substancialmente flexível e leve melhorada que ultrapasse os problemas da ótimas.
