Abstract
Description
a−キャリア層および/または補助層として少なくとも1つの本質的にエンドレスの層を提供するステップと
b−前記キャリア層のための本質的にエンドレスの支持手段を提供するステップと、
c−前記支持手段上に前記キャリア層を配置するステップであって、
それによって前記キャリア層が前記支持手段の接触面と接触し、
それによって、前記キャリア層、前記キャリア支持手段の接触面、およびクラスター化手段の間の相対速度が本質的に0になるステップと;
d−粒子材料供給手段から粒子状材料流を供給するステップと;
e−クラスター化手段の穿孔を介して粒子状材料を誘導するステップと;
f−本質的にエンドレスの材料を補助材料として提供するステップと;
g−前記補助層および前記キャリア層をそれらの間にはさまれる前記粒子状材料と組み合わせるステップとを含み;
g−前記クラスター化手段によって、前記粒子状材料があらかじめ指定した位置でキャリア層上に堆積され、それによって前記キャリア層上に粒子状材料の印刷パターンが形成され、それによって粒子状材料の一次パターンが形成されることを特徴とし、さらに
i−超音波またはヒートシール取り付け手段を提供するステップを含む方法を提供する。
a−所望の穿孔パターンを有するクラスター化手段と
b−前記クラスター化手段の穿孔の入口領域中に粒子状材料を供給するために配置された粒子状材料供給手段と、
c−キャリア層を供給するキャリア層供給手段と、クラスター化手段の出口領域に近接して前記キャリア層を移動させる支持手段と
d−粒子状材料クラスターを有する前記キャリア層をクラスター化手段から離れるように移動させる移送手段と、
e−前記粒子状材料クラスターの上に補助層を供給する被覆手段と
を含む装置を提供する。
本明細書において使用される場合、「a」、「an」、および「the」は、文脈から明らかに他のことを示すのでなければ、単数および複数の両方の指示物を意味する。例として、「1つの区画(a compartment)」は、1つまたは2つ以上の区画を意味する。
Claims (15)
- 粒子状材料のパターンを含むサンドイッチ構造を製造する方法において:
a−キャリア層および/または補助層として少なくとも1つの本質的にエンドレスの層を提供するステップと
b−前記キャリア層のための本質的にエンドレスの支持手段を提供するステップと、
c−前記支持手段上に前記キャリア層を配置するステップであって、
それによって前記キャリア層が前記支持手段の接触面と接触し、
それによって、前記キャリア層、前記キャリア支持手段の接触面、およびクラスター化手段の間の相対速度が本質的に0になるステップと;
d−粒子材料供給手段から粒子状材料流を供給するステップと;
e−クラスター化手段の穿孔を介して前記粒子状材料を誘導するステップと;
f−本質的にエンドレスの材料を補助材料として提供するステップと;
g−前記キャリア層および前記補助層をそれらの間にはさまれる前記粒子状材料と組み合わせるステップとを含み;
h−前記クラスター化手段によって前記粒子状材料が前記キャリア層に向けて誘導され、それによって粒子状材料の印刷パターンが形成され;
I−位置決め手段によって前記印刷パターンが配置され、それによって前記キャリア材料上に粒子状材料のポケットパターンが形成されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記方法が、前記キャリア層および補助層を連結して粒子状材料のパターンを形成する前に、前記位置決め手段によって、ポケット間パターンゾーンから前記ポケットパターン中に粒子状材料を排出するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記方法が、前記クラスター化手段の前記穿孔によって捕捉されていない粒子状材料を前記クラスター化手段から除去するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載に記載の方法において、前記方法が、前記クラスター化手段の底部開口部を介して前記キャリア層に向けて実質的にすべての粒子状材料を排出するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載に記載の方法において、前記クラスター化手段が回転ドラムであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載に記載の方法において、前記方法が、粒子状材料が全く堆積されない時間を形成するために、前記粒子材料流を中断するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載に記載の方法において、少なくとも1つのキャリア層および/または補助層が、液体透過性の不織布、紙、またはティッシュの形態で提供されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載に記載の方法において、不均一にポケットに入れるパターンを得るために位置決め手段として空気流を使用する前に、前記粒子状材料を実質的に均一な印刷パターンで前記キャリア材料に供給することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の吸収性構造体の使用において、女性用衛生衣類、幼児用おむつ、幼児用パンツ、成人用失禁衣類から選択される吸収性物品中での使用。
- 粒子状材料のパターンを含む複合構造体を製造するための装置において:
a−所望の穿孔パターンを有するクラスター化手段と、
b−前記クラスター化手段の前記穿孔の入口領域中に粒子状材料を供給するために配置された粒子状材料供給手段と、
c−キャリア層を供給するキャリア層供給手段と、前記クラスター化手段の出口領域に近接して前記キャリア層を移動させる支持手段と、
d−所望のポケットパターンを有する位置決め手段と、
e−粒子状材料パターンを有する前記キャリア層を取り付け手段に向けて移動させる移送手段
を含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項10に記載の装置において、粒子状材料の前記パターンの上に補助層を提供するための少なくとも1つの被覆手段が提供されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項9乃至11の何れか1項に記載の装置において、少なくとも1つの超音波取り付け手段が提供されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項9乃至12の何れか1項に記載の装置において、前記位置決め手段が空気流手段によって提供されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項9乃至13の何れか1項に記載の装置において、前記クラスター化手段が、エンドレス回転ドラムの形態で提供されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項9乃至14の何れか1項に記載の装置において、前記位置決め手段が空気流手段によって提供されることを特徴とする装置。
