artigo revestido tendo uma camada semeada de óxido de zinco revestido com ga com tensão reduzida sob a camada funcional e método pa ra a fabricação do mesmo. a presente invenção refere-se a um artigo revestido com pelo menos uma camada funcional, tal como uma camada refletora de radiação infravermelha (ir) de, ou que inclui prata e/ou ouro. uma camada dielétrica de semente e substancialmente transparente é provida por baixo e diretamente em contato com a camada funcional. em determinadas modalidades de exemplo, a camada de semente inclui um óxido de zinco e gálio para o abaixamento do estresse da camada e dessa forma aumentando a durabilidade do revestimento total.
