Abstract

There are provided a transparent substrate with a stacked film which is suitable for usage as a single plate in a hot region, and excellent in durability in addition to having a high heat-shielding property and a high-color rendering property, and a manufacturing method thereof. The transparent substrate with the stacked film includes: a transparent substrate; and a stacked film where a transparent conductive layer and a nitrogen-containing light absorption layer with a film thickness of over 10 nm are stacked on the transparent substrate. The manufacturing method of the transparent substrate with the stacked film includes: forming a precursor layer of the transparent conductive layer and a precursor layer of the nitrogen-containing light absorption layer on the transparent substrate respectively to obtain a transparent substrate with coating; and heating the transparent substrate with coating in the air under specific condition.
