Abstract

COMPOSIÇÕES DE CICLOPOLISSACARÍDEOS ANIÔNICOS DE BENDAMUSTINA A presente invenção é direcionada a composições farmacêuticas incluindo: (a) bendamustina, (b) um primeiro ciclopolissarídeo carregado e (c) um agente estabilizante que é um segundo ciclopolissarídeo carregado tendo uma carga oposta áquela do primeiro ciclopolissacarídeo carregado; a composição fornece estabilidade inesperadamente desejável; as composições são adequadas para injeção ou infusão em pacientes com necessidade de tratamento com bendamustina.
