aparelho de redução de oscilação, e, estrutura flutuante. um dispositivo de redução de oscilação provido com um par de membros conformados em chapa, fixados a ambas as bordas transversalmente à base de um corpo flutuante. cada um de dito par de membros conformados em placa tem uma pluralidade de furos atravessantes alinhados na direção longitudinal de dito membro conformado em placa, que corre de popa à proa ao longo do corpo flutuante. a água escoa para dentro e para fora de ditos furos atravessantes, formando redemoinhos e despendendo energia, dessse modo minimizando a oscilação do corpo flutuante.
