Abstract

processo para a preparação de dronedarona. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de n-[2-n-butil-3-{4[3-di-n-butil-amino)-propóxi]-benzoil}-1-benzofuran-5-il]-metano-sulfonamida da fórmula (i) e seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, de acordo com um dos grupos metil-sulfonila do 2-n-butil-3-[(di-n-amino)-3-3propóxi)-4-benzoil]-5-bis-(metil-sulfonamido)-benzofurano da fórmula (ii) é seletivamente clivado e, caso desejado, o composto resultante da fórmula (i) é transformado em sal do mesmo.
