Abstract

PNEU COM TALÕES MELHORADOS Um pneu compreendendo dois talões, cada talão compreendendo uma estrutura de reforço anular, um reforço de carcaça, fixado nos dois talões por uma redobra em torno da estrutura de reforço anular, a fim de formar uma parte principal e uma parte enrolada em volta. Cada talão compreende um enchimento de talão situado pelo menos parcialmente entre a parte principal e a parte enrolada em volta do reforço de carcaça. Cada talão ainda compreende uma tira externa situada axialmente no lado externo da parte enrolada em volta do reforço de carcaça. O enchimento de talão tem uma espessura E (r), esta espessura correspondendo ao comprimento da interseção na direção perpendicular à parte principal do reforço de carcaça com o enchimento de talão, r indicando a distância separando o ponto de interseção da direção perpendicular à parte principal do reforço de carcaça, com o reforço de carcaça no ponto radialmente mais interno da estrutura anular. A unidade formada pelo enchimento de talão e a tira externa tem uma espessura ET(r). Para todos os pontos de interseção, cuja distância radial do ponto radialmente mais interno da estrutura de reforço anular é maior do que ou igual a 10% e menos do que ou igual a 35% da altura radial H do pneu, a relação E(r)/ET(r) é maior do que ou igual a 0,3 e menor do que ou igual a 0,5.
