Abstract

PNEU COM UM TALÃO APERFEIÇOADO. Pneu compreendendo dois talões (20) cada um compreendendo pelo menos uma estrutura de reforço anular (70) e um reforço de carcaça (60) ancorado nos dois talões por uma redobra, em que cada talão compreende um enchimento de talão (110) formado de um composto de borracha, o enchimento de talão estendendo-se radialmente até uma distância radial DBE do ponto radialmente mais interno da estrutura de reforço anular do talão, a distância radial DBE sendo menor que ou igual a 10% da altura radial H do pneu, pelo menos uma parede lateral do pneu também compreendendo um reforço enrijecedor (140) formado de uma pluralidade de elementos de reforço de metal (145, 146, 147) orientados ao longo de um ângulo menor que ou igual a 10 graus em relação à direção circunferencial, este reforço enrijecedor estando posicionado de tal modo que a distância DAE entre o ponto radialmente mais interno (71) da estrutura de reforço anular e a extremidade radialmente externa (142) do reforço enrijecedor é maior que ou igual a 20% e menor que ou igual a 40% da altura H, e de tal modo que a distância DAI entre o ponto radialmente mais interno (71) da estrutura de reforço anular e a extremidade radialmente interna (141) do reforço enrijecedor é menor que ou igual a 20% da altura H.
