Abstract
método de inspeção de estanqueidade e aparelho de inspeção de estanqueidade para bateria vedada. uma bateria vedada com embalagem flexível está contida em um recipiente estanque. o recipiente estanque é descomprimido e as imagens do formato de superfície da bateria vedada no recipiente estanque antes e depois da descompressão são capturadas por uma cãmera de ccd ou similares. se ou não a estanqueidade da bateria vedada é mantida, é determinado baseado em uma mudança nas imagens capturadas, por exemplo, uma mudança no formato de superfície que parece como diferenças de luminância de pixels. por este método de determinação, a determinação de estanqueidade altamente precisa é realizada eliminando a influência de rugas finas invisíveis em uma superfície de bateria vedada.
