Abstract

forno alimentado a combustível e método para controlar a combustão em um forno alimentado a combustível. forno alimentado a combustível e um método de funcionamento, no qual o método: um agente oxidante principal é injetado em uma taxa de fluxo controlado na câmara de combustão (2) do forno; o material combustível é queimado na câmara de combustão (2) com o principal agente oxidante, produção de energia térmica e gases de combustão (6) a uma tamperatura superior a 600ºc; gases da combustão (6) são removidos através de uma conduta de evacuação (13), onde na remoção a combustão, os gases de escape (6)possivelmente contendo materiais residuais podem ser oxidados, o duto (13) sendo equipado com uma entrada (14) para um agente de oxidação diluindo a jusante da câmara de combustão (2); os materiais residuais que podem ser oxidados são queimados com o agente oxidante de diluição por meio de uma chama (12) na entrada (14) para a diluição do agente oxidante; a intensidade da chama dentro do duto de exaustão (12) é detectada; e a taxa de fluxo no qual o principal agente oxidante é injetado na câmara de combustão (2) é controlada de acordo com a intensidade da flama detectada.
