Abstract
processo para fabricar catalisadores zeolíticos aperfeiçoados a partir de aluminas peptizadas. esta invenção se refere a um processo para preparar um catalisador a partir de zeólito e alumina peptizada. a invenção compreende adicionar um composto de ítrio ao zeólito, antes, durante ou depois de sua combinação com a alumina peptizada. o composto de ítrio pode ser adicionado ao zeólito por meio de troca de ítrio no zeólito antes da adição de alumina peptizada, ou o ítrio pode ser adicionado como um sal solúvel durante a combinação de zeólito e alumina peptizada. em qualquer modalidade, o catalisador zeolítico depois é formado a partir do zeólito, ítrio e alumina peptizada, opcionalmente, contendo outro óxido inorgânico. esta invenção é adequada para preparar catalisadores de craqueamento de fluido.
