Abstract

MÉTODOS DE AUMENTO DE PRODUÇÃO DE SEMENTE, BIOMASSA, TAXA DE CRESCIMENTO, VIGOR, TOLERÂNCIA À DEFICIÊNCIA DE NITROGÊNIO, EFICIÊNCIA NO USO DE NITROGÊNIO E/OU REDUÇÃO DO TEMPO DE FLORESCIMENTO DE UMA PLANTA, E, PARA PRODUZIR UMA PLANTA TRANSGÊNICA. Em que são providos polinucleotídeos isolados codificando um polipeptídeo no mínimo 80% homólogo à sequência de aminoácidos selecionada do grupo consistindo de SEQ ID N°: 799, 488-798, 800-813, 4852-5453, 5460, 5461, 5484, 5486- 5550, 5553, e 5558-8091; e polinucleotídeos isolados compreendendo sequências de ácidos nucléicos no mínimo 80% idênticas ao SEQ ID N°: 460, 1-459, 461-487, 814-1598, 1600-1603, 1605-1626, 1632- 1642, 1645-4850 ou 4851; também são providas construções de ácidos nucléicos compreendendo estas, os polinucleotídeos isolados codificados, células transgênicas e plantas transgênicas compreendendo estas e métodos de utilização para aumento do rendimento, biomassa, taxa de crescimento, vigor, teor de Óleo, produção de fibra, qualidade da fibra, tolerância ao estresse abiótico e/ou a eficiência no uso de nitrogênio da planta; também são providos polinucleotídeos isolados compreendendo uma sequência de ácidos nucléicos determinada no ID SEQ N°: 8096, caracterizado pelo fato de que o polinucleotídeo isolado seja capaz de regular a expressão de no mínimo uma sequência de polinucleotídeos conectada de formada operável.
