Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE TUBO CLADEADO POR TREFILAÇÃO E TUBO CLADEADO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de tubo cladeado (1), a partir de um elemento tubular compreendendo pelo menos um tubo externo (10) de material metálico e um tubo interno (20) de material metálico disposto no interior do tubo externo, a superfície interna do tubo externo (10) estando unida mecanicamente à superfície externa do tubo interno (20), no qual, em uma linha de produção, o elemen-to tubular é simultaneamente aquecido e trefilado, em que cada porção do elemento tubular é submetida a um aquecimento por indução e, em seguida, a uma trefilação a quente, e sendo que o elemento tubular é trefilado com um mandril localizado no seu interior. A invenção também se refere a um tubo cladeado (1) produzido por esse pro-cesso, sendo que o tubo externo (10) é composto por uma liga à base de carbono e manganês e o tubo interno (20) é constituído de um material resistente à corrosão.
