Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con tubossoldados de bajo carbono. La fabricación de tubossoldados utilizando los procesos de bando de estirado esun proceso intensivo en energía debido a la necesidad dehacer múltiples pasos (para mejorar las propiedadesmecánicas en particular la resistencia a la tracción ya lafluencia) para reducir el diámetro del orifico a lasdimensiones deseada alcanzando solamente de un 20 a35% de reducción en un paso único. Además hay unapérdida sustancial de material en todos los pasos y uncontrol pobre sobre la estabilidad dimensional y el acabadosuperficial del tubo. La presente invención proporciona unacombinación sinergística del tratamiento térmico porinducción/ o resistencia del orificio y el proceso delaminación en frío que, produce una reducción notable enél consumo de energía y al mismo tiempo mejora la calidadde los tubos resultantes con estabilidad dimensionalmejorada, cercanía de tolerancia, variación reducida delespesor, concentricidad y reducción sustancial en eldesperdicio de material.
