Abstract

La solicitud se refiere a una planta para llevar a cabo el laminado de tubos sin costura, típicamente con un diámetro grande. La planta comprende: un horno para calentar tochos fabricados por medio de fundicion continua; una planta de perforacion para perforar longitudinalmente los tochos de modo de obtener una pieza perforada; una planta de expansion-elongacion para expandir el diámetro de la pieza perforada y para elongar la pieza perforada de modo de obtener un tubo semi-terminado; una planta de laminado continuo principal del tipo que comprende soportes con dos o más rodillos, en los cuales la posicion radial de los rodillos es ajustable, para llevar a cabo el laminado de la planta de laminado principal y en series de los mismos, la planta de extraccion-reduccion está disenada para extraer el tubo desde el mandril y para definir un valor predeterminado para el diámetro del tubo; un laminador calibrador para definir el diámetro del tubo terminado, el laminador calibrador siendo del tipo en el cual la posicion radial de los rodillos es ajustable; y un lecho de enfriamiento. La planta de acuerdo con la solicitud también comprende una línea de derivacion para alimentar la pieza perforada que abandona la planta de perforacion directamente a la planta principal de laminado, evitando así la planta de expansion-elongacion.
