Abstract
Procedimiento y dispositivo para la soldadura longitudinal de perfiles tubulares en una instalación de soldadura de tubos conectada a una computadora destinada a la regulación del proceso que se realiza en la instalación, a la cual se introduce un tubo con costura abierta formado directamente en línea a partir de una planchuela metálica en una planta laminadora de perfiles, o un tubo formado a partir de al menos una lámina, particularmente para aplicar entre sí una soldadura de AF sobre la costura longitudinal o bien sobre las costuras longitudinales, donde la máquina soldadora de tubos está equipada con un medio para la medición de la temperatura del punto de soldadura, medio que es efectivo en el lugar más estrecho que ocupan los bordes de lámina del tubo con costura abierta, que son comprimidos entre sí mediante rodillos que configuran una ranura en forma de V que se va reduciendo en su recorrido. La soldadura longitudinal puede optimizarse, estableciendo las fluctuaciones de temperatura así como un desplazamiento del punto de soldadura mediante una cámara termográfica orientada hacia el vértice que conforma la ranura convergente en forma de V con la costura longitudinal que se configura, tal que los datos medidos en forma continua se procesan en la computadora para regular al máximo el proceso de soldadura, de modo tal que el punto de soldadura siempre se encuentre en la misma posición con su mayor efectividad térmica.
