Abstract
La presente se refiere a un procedimiento para la producción de tubos sin costura, en el que se estira un bloque hueco caliente previamente generado mediante un laminador de punzonado, mediante un laminador continuo sobre un barra de mandril de manera de obtener un tubo madre, y con omisión de un laminador de extracción y de un horno de recalentamiento el tubo madre se conduce directamente a un laminador de reducción por estiramiento o laminador de calibración en calidad de laminador de terminación, y allí se lo lamina de manera de obtener un tubo con el diámetro terminado requerido. El bloque hueco tiene una longitud predimensionada tal que durante el estiramiento en el laminador continuo se genera solamente una longitud simple en calidad de tubo madre de longitud requerida, durante la subsiguiente laminación de terminación la extracción del tubo madre desde la barra de mandril tiene lugar por medio del laminado de terminación, y el laminado tiene lugar con componentes de laminador, cuyas dimensiones han sido diseñadas en base a la manipulación de longitudes simples.
