Abstract

instalação de laminação de tubos. a invenção se refere a uma instalação para a realização da laminação de tubos sem costura, tipicamente, com um diâmetro grande. a instalação compreende: um forno para aquecimento de tarugos produzidos por meio de fundição contínua; um laminador de perfuração para perfurar longitudinalmente os tarugos de modo a obter um pedaçoo em bruto expandir o diâmetro do pedaço em bruto perfurado; um laminador de expansão - alongamento para expandir o diâmetro do pedaço em bruto perfurado e para alongar o pedaço em bruto perfurado de modo a obter um tubo semi-acabado; um laminador principal contínuo do tipo que compreende plataformas com dois ou mais rolos, em que a posição radial dos rolos é ajustável, para realização de laminação de um tubo em um mandril retido: um laminador de extração - redução de rolo fixo, posicionado a jusante do laminador principal e em série com o mesmo, o laminador de extração - redução sendo projetado para extrair o tubo do madril e definir um valor pré-determinado para o diâmetro do tubo; um laminador de dimensionamento para definir o diâmetro do tubo acabado, o laminador de dimensionamento sendo do tipo em que a posição radial dos rolos é ajustável e um leito de resfriamento. a instalação, de acordo com a invenção, também compreende uma linha de desvio para alimentação do pedaço em bruto perfurado, deixando o laminador de perfuração diretamente para o laminador principal, assim, evitando o laminador de expansão alongamento.
