Abstract
tubo para o consumidor final com mínima oxidação interior e exterior, com orgão que podem ser selecionáveis por tamanho e ordem; e processo de produção de tubos. atualmente, na indústria de manufatura de tubos, são conhecidos principalmente cinco metodologias gerais para a fabricação de tubos. a primeira é através da extrusão de um metal fundido por meio de uma prensa. a segunda é por meio de um sistema de laminação rotatória, conhecido como ''penetração'' ou ''mannesmann''. a terceira, é o pré-tubo soldado que é obtido a partir de uma tira laminada. a quarta, conhecida como o sistema ''cast & roll'', segundo a qual se obtém um pré-tubo diretamente da fundição, que é laminado por um sistema de rolo triplo. finalmente, através do modo inovador por meio de uma fundição vertical contínua que fabrica pré-tubos de forma contínua, diretamente da fundição. os quatro primeiros sistemas são amplamente utilizados na indústria para fabricar o que é conhecido como um ''pré-tubo'', que geralmente tem um diâmetro de 60 mm ou mais, o qual denominaremos de ''pré-tubo'' antigo. diferentes processos são aplicados a dito pré-tubo antigo para trazê-lo a menores diâmetros e espessuras, finalmente exigidas pelo mercado. a invenção pretendida nesta especificação considera a implementação de um processo de produção através de uma linha de produção de uma máquina de fundição vertical contínua que geral um pré-tubo direto da fundição, o qual denominaremos de ''novo pré-tubo''. após, numa segunda etapa, o dito novo pré-tubo passa através de duas máquinas trefiladoras simultâneas, sincronizadas e, finalmente; por um forno de recozimento por indução. deste modo, pode ser obtido um produto para ser comercializado em conformidadecom as normas internacionais, o qual pode ser reduzido a um tamanho menor por meio da trefilação do mesmo, utilizando os processos usuais da indústria.
