Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу изготовления подвергнутых отпуску бесшовных горячекатаных стальных труб, при котором пустотелую заготовку, нагретую до температуры формования, прокатывают на трубопрокатном стане для формирования трубы с конечным диаметром после прокатки и далее подвергают отпуску, в результате чего происходит увеличение диаметра трубы в процессе отпуска при соответствующих параметрах отпуска. С целью создания способа изготовления подвергшихся отпуску бесшовных горячекатаных стальных труб, который при соблюдении геометрических технических условий, установленных в отношении подвергшихся отпуску готовых труб, обеспечивает более экономичное производство таких труб, предлагается, что с учетом имеющихся данных об увеличении диаметра трубы в процессе отпуска конечный диаметр подвергающейся отпуску трубы корректируют по завершении процесса прокатки на трубопрокатном стане.
