Abstract

Раскрывается способ изготовления уплотнения подшипника, предназначенного для использования в роликовом подшипнике. Рулонную сталь заранее выбранной ширины подают в машину для формирования колец вальцовкой с целью получения замкнутого кольца из рулонной стали. Затем замкнутое кольцо из рулонной стали сваривают вдоль места соединения его торцов. После этого сваренное замкнутое кольцо из рулонной стали обрабатывают с помощью группы машин предварительной формовки, в результате чего обеспечивают формирование желательных профилей готового уплотнения подшипника.
