resumo patente de invenção: "processo para a fabricação de um tubo grande de várias camadas". a invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de um tubo grande de várias camadas com uma camada de suporte (1) situada externa e com, pelo menos, uma camada de apoio (2) situada interna. as vantagens com relação à produtividade e propriedades do tubo grande de várias camadas resultam através da sequência das etapas de processo - preparação de uma chapa de suporte dobrada previamente em um raio de dobra inicial (rb0) especificado, para a camada de suporte (1) e, pelo menos, de uma chapa de apoio dobrada previamente em um raio de dobra inicial (ra0) especificado, para a camada de apoio (2) - colocação de, pelo menos uma, chapa de apoio dobrada previamente sobre o lado interno da chapa de suporte dobrada previamente, mediante o posicionamento e o alinhamento paralelo de seus cantos longitudinais, que passam na direção do eixo de dobra, para a formação da camada de suporte (1) e de, pelo menos uma, camada de apoio (2) - ligação com fecho devido ao material, pelo menos, dos dois cantos longitudinais (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) de, pelo menos uma, chapa de apoio com a chapa de suporte - conformação do composto da camada de suporte (1) e de, pelo menos uma, camada de apoio (2), ligadas com fecho devido ao material, para formar um tubo grande fendido de várias camadas por meio de uma máquina de dobrar, mediante ligação com fecho devido à força em áreas de contato não ligadas com fecho devido ao material - fechamento da fenda remanescente do tubo grande fendido de várias camadas por meio de soldagem com um cordão longitudinal.
