Abstract
Η εφεύρεση αφορά μία μέθοδο για την κατασκευή ενός πολυστρωματικού μεγάλου σωλήνα με μία εξωτερικά ευρισκόμενη στρώση φορέα (1) και τουλάχιστον μία εσωτερικά ευρισκόμενη στρώση επένδυσης (2). Πλεονεκτήματα όσον αφορά την παραγωγικότητα και τις ιδιότητες του πολυστρωματικού μεγάλου σωλήνα προκύπτουν από τη σειρά των βημάτων της μεθόδου - ετοιμασία ενός σε μία προκαθορισμένη αρχική ακτίνα λυγισμού (RΒ0) προκαταρκτικά λυγισμένου ελάσματος φορέα για τη στρώση φορέα (1) και τουλάχιστον ενός σε μία προκαθορισμένη αρχική ακτίνα λυγισμού (RΑ0) προκαταρκτικά λυγισμένου ελάσματος επένδυσης για τη στρώση επένδυσης (2), - τοποθέτηση του τουλάχιστον ενός προκαταρκτικά λυγισμένου ελάσματος επένδυσης επί της εσωτερικής πλευράς του προκαταρκτικά λυγισμένου ελάσματος φορέα, ευθυγραμμίζοντας παράλληλα κατά την τοποθέτηση τις κατά τη διεύθυνση του άξονα λυγισμού εκτεινόμενες διαμήκεις ακμές για τον σχηματισμό της στρώσης φορέα (1) και της τουλάχιστον μίας στρώσης επένδυσης (2), - σύνδεση εκ του υλικού τουλάχιστον των δύο διαμηκών ακμών (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) του τουλάχιστον ενός ελάσματος επένδυσης με το έλασμα φορέα, - διαμόρφωση του συνθέτου σώματος από την δια του υλικού συνδεδεμένη στρώση φορέα (1) και τουλάχιστον μία στρώση επένδυσης (2) προς έναν πολυστρωματικό μεγάλο σωλήνα με σχισμή μέσω μίας μηχανής λυγισμού δια σύνδεσης δια δυνάμεων στις μη συνδεδεμένες δια του υλικού περιοχές επαφής, - κλείσιμο της απομένουσας σχισμής του πολυστρωματικού μεγάλου σωλήνα με σχισμή με μία διαμήκη ραφή μέσω συγκόλλησης.
