Description
従来技術において提供される同軸のパイプをクラッディングする方法は常に、準備工程、形成工程またはパイプ間にメタラジカルボンドを生じる溶接材料の蒸着工程、および通常、積層(またはラミネーション)、加圧、圧延、押出しまたは共引き抜きの間の工程である仕上げ工程を含む。
図1〜5に示されるように、本発明は、少なくとも1つの金属材料のアウターパイプ10および1つの金属材料のインナーパイプ20を含む管状部材から、メタラジカルボンドを有する多層パイプ1を製造する方法に関する。この方法によって製造されるパイプは、インナーパイプ20でできている内側層に少なくとも部分的にメタラジカルに(metalurgically)接合されているアウターパイプ10でできている、少なくとも1つの外層を含む多層パイプである。管状部材は代わりに、2つを越えるパイプを、他の層と少なくとも部分的にメタラジカルに接合された多層を備える1つのパイプ1を作り出すように含んでもよい。
本発明の1つの態様によれば、アウターパイプ10は以下の化学組成を有し得る:

Nb+V+Ti≦0.15

インナーパイプ20である耐食性合金のための腐食環境は、国際標準NACE MR0175の環境レベルI-VIIに対応する。
中間層は、ニッケル(Ni)、ジルコニウム(Zn)または他の金属または金属合金から成ってよい。
本発明の方法によって製造される多層パイプの寸法は、その用途に依存する。本発明の1つの態様によれば、パイプは50.80mm<Dext<355,6mmにわたる外経Dextと、5.0mm<WT<30.0mmにわたる壁の厚さWTとを有し得る。ここで、ラインパイプ用途用の耐食性合金(CRA)のパイプの壁の厚さの最小値CRA−WTminは2.50mmである。
外径の変形:0.1〜20%
壁の厚さの変形:0.1〜40%
壁部領域変形:0.1〜40%
上記の例は好適な態様を表わすものであるが、本発明の範囲には、他の考えられるバリエーションも包含されると解されるべきであり、本発明の範囲は、考えられる全ての同等物を含む添付の特許請求の範囲の意義によってのみ制限されるものであると解されるべきである。
Claims (8)
- 管状部材からメタラジカルボンド(1)を有する多層パイプを製造する方法であって、管状部材が、金属材料の少なくとも1つのアウターパイプ(10)と、アウターパイプの内側に配置された金属材料の1つのインナーパイプ(20)とを含み、アウターパイプ(10)は炭素マンガン鋼合金から成り、インナーパイプ(20)は耐食性合金から成り、アウターパイプ(10)の内側表面がインナーパイプ(20)の外側表面に、少なくともそれらの界面の一部で機械的に接合されており、
製造ラインにおいて、管状部材が同時に加熱および引き抜きされ、ここで、管状部材の各部分は、誘導による加熱に付され、次いで、熱間引き抜きに付されること、および管状部材がその内側に位置するマンドレルと共に引き抜きされることを特徴とし、
管状部材が同時に加熱および引き抜きされる工程は、インナーパイプおよびアウターパイプの材料が混ざる拡散帯にて、アウターパイプ(10)の内側表面がインナーパイプ(20)の外側表面にメタラジカルボンドを形成することを含む、多層パイプを製造する方法。 - 製造ラインに配置された電磁石コイル(7)を通過する際に、管状部材の各部分が少なくとも900℃の温度に加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加熱および引き抜きの工程において、管状部材が少なくとも1つの電磁石コイル(7)の内側を通して引かれ、ここで、管状部材は950℃〜1050℃の間の温度まで加熱され、および、引き抜きダイ開口部(4)と一直線上に管状部材の内側に配置されたマンドレル(2)を有して、電磁石コイル(7)の出口に連続して配置された引き抜きダイを通して引かれることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 引き抜き工程が、引き抜きダイ(4)とマンドレル(2)との間での管状部材の圧迫により、管状部材の壁の厚さを低減することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 引き抜き工程の後にさらに、管状部材が冷却に付される温度処理工程を少なくとも1つ含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 熱間引き抜き工程の後に、インナーパイプ(20)の内側表面およびアウターパイプ(10)の外側表面の予備的な潤滑工程をオプションとして備える、後続の冷間引き抜き工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 引き抜きの後の管状部材の曲げ加工工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 多層パイプを製造する際に、相互に取り付けられたパイプに、0.1〜20%である外径の変形と、0.1〜40%である壁の厚さの変形と、0.1〜40%である壁部領域の変形とを生じさせることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
